Frequently asked questions

How long does a divorce take?

It depends mainly on whether there is agreement. An uncontested divorce is usually much quicker than a contested one, which depends on the court calendar. Once we have looked at your case we can give you a realistic estimate.

What do I need to start dealing with an inheritance?

Normally the death certificate, the certificate of last wills and the will, if there is one. With that we can see what the estate consists of and how to approach sharing it out.

Do you work with clients who live outside Spain?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish and can hold the consultation in writing or by video call, so you do not have to come to the office.
